How often do you make up the room?

To get your room cleaned, please hang the “Please make up the room” sign outside on your door handle before 2:00 PM. We will not clean your room if the sign is not placed in time.

Can i check in early or out late?

Early check in: If your room is ready by the time you arrive at The Reef, we will check you in right away.

Late check out: Depending on whether we have new guests checking into the room, you can check out late. However, doing so will result in a fee.

If you booked an afternoon boat to leave Koh Lipe or arrived early, your luggage can be stored in our storage room.

Our full availability is displayed on our website. If you cannot find any availability online, we are fully booked. You can always find our full availability herehere. We do get a cancelation from time to time, so please check again later.

How do i get to The Reef?

• When you arrive there will be taxies waiting for you. The price is 50 THB per person no matter where you go on Koh Lipe.

Do you take credit card?

We do not accept any credit cards at The Reef. However, there are 3 ATMs located on the island. Please ask reception about where they are located.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking until 30 days before your arrival date. If you do so we will refund your booking 100%.If your booking is made more than 60 days before your cancellation date, then a fee of 10% will be charged. The cancelation fee covers what we are charges by PayPal for making a “late refund”.

Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival dates are non-refundable and we advise that you contact your travel insurance. in case that you need to modify your booking then please contact us at any time. We will try our best to change your booking, but can't offer any guarantees. If your arrival dates is within 30 days of your change request, then we reserve the right to decline the request.

Where can i book transportation to Koh Lipe?

We recommend that you book your transportation tickets as soon as possible as the speedboats are sometimes full all day.
